A lovely velvet chair, i use this in the corner of my bedroom for reading and relaxing. It is pretty upright and high, so not one for sinking into, but great for your posture and for sitting in for a short reading session. It looks fab too - the photo doesnt do it justice! The color of the actual chair wasn’t quite like the picture showed. The picture online was more brown to me. This to me has a tint of gray to it. One of the many things I do like about it is, it is very comfortable. The seat in it is very strong. I think the only way that it would be if people came in and just dropped themselves in the chair. I could see this getting broken. Otherwise, it took about 5 minutes to put together after getting out of the box. Only complaint I have is the color seemed to be off compared to the picture.. Marta. I love the color and I’m 5’10” and I can sit crisscrossed without a problem and I’m also on the chunky side and it feels very firm when I sit like I’m not worried it’s going to break or something. It spins great even with someone on it. I’m a college student and I wanted something big to be able to spend hours on and do homework and this was the perfect fit.
