Ergonomic Support Armrests - This corduroy sofa focuses on providing comfort and relaxation by offering a place for the hands to rest. This ergonomic feature ensures that the arms are well-supported, allowing for a more comfortable and relaxing experience while seated. Additionally, the underside of armrest is designed as a curved shape, aesthetically pleasing, but also effective in preventing painful impacts.

Perfect sofa, compact enough for a smaller space but still roomy when sitting. Easy and quick to assemble- does require 2 people to slide the backrest into place. The arms are very solid, with less cushioning, but with a couple of pillows added are fine. Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB.
