Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. It’s really beautiful sofa bed. If you are looking for something really soft and very comfortable , not for you. It’s quite hard, but I’m personally okay with that. Obviously wouldn’t pay full price. It was on sale so I think it’s worth it. worth it. Definitely need extra topper to use it as a bed.. Salome. Mon Apr 27 2026

This couch was perfect for what we needed in a kids’ lounge/playroom. It was easy to move upstairs and through narrow hallways because it arrived compressed, then expanded nicely on its own within about 24 hours. I’d describe it as one step above a bean bag—super comfortable for kids to lounge, read, game, or watch movies without taking itself too seriously.. Trilby. Easton, MD. Thu Jul 30 2026

couch looks great and true color (beige) super soft. Cushions feel great but the two small pillows are missing some filling or something because they’re so deflated (even let it sit for 24 hours). Corner pieces of the wood came all damaged but the cover on it completely covers it. Couch is definitely much longer than an average couch (if you’re looking for a good lounge couch then it’s fine) so make sure to check the dimensions.. Gloria. Dallas, Texas. Sun Mar 30 2025

This modern sofa is here dressed in a very strong and fashioned corduroy fabric. Smooth touching and feeling when you are sitting on it. Pay attention to the slim metal legs that fit the nice modern design! Easy to assemble in only fifteen minutes which needs two people together. Notice: actual colour may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. This is the light-scattering property of the fabric. Please refer to the actual product!

I love this couch! The color is even better in person, it was easy to assemble, the top of it sits below the window sill, and it doesn’t have bulky back pillows that lose their shape and end up looking sloppy. It’s firm, but I don’t mind. Highly recommend!. Rachel. Glastonbury, CT. Tue Jul 08 2025

I bought this to go with the set I also purchased to make an L shape. The chair is super comfortable. My only complaint, like other reviews, is that the screw holes do not line up well. The screws are too short to give any wiggle room to line up and we had to leave the locking washers off to make it work.. Regan. Battle Ground, WA. Sun May 17 2026

The corduroy 2 seater sofa with tufted detailing is a cosy and inviting piece of furniture that brings a touch of warmth and comfort to any living space. Featuring a bolster pillow on either side, the corduroy couch perfectly fuses classic fabrics with contemporary style. With tufted upholstered cushion completing the aesthetic, this sofa brings both comfort and luxury to you and your living room.

It’s a cute sofa for a small space. The corduroy fabric is very soft and comfortable but needs to be spot cleaned only so the covers are non-removable and can’t be thrown in the washer. It’s definitely is much smaller than anticipated but I guess I should looked closer at the dimensions as stated in the description. It was sort of easy to put together but time consuming and took me about 2 hours total, by myself. It’s light weight which is good if you need to rearrange things. Also, give the pillows a few days to totally puff up after being in air compressed bags. It will Look much more like the pic on Wayfair if you give it time. Overall, you get what you pay for and this is a very inexperienced love seat.. Lisa. Santa Ana. Tue Oct 01 2024

Overall pleased so far except a couple of bothersome things. Despite reading ALL the reviews on this, I thought I had chosen the better of the two green options available. Unfortunately, upon first sight getting it out of the box was one of semi despair and huge disappointment. It’s certainly not the green depicted on the app and doesn’t match up to any other descriptions between the two green options. What I received leans more toward a darker shade sea-foam green… meaning too much blue undertone, which is not my vibe. The other green might be better, I don’t know. Also, the little square pillows are simply awfully lumpy, bumpy, uncomfortable… will have to remove replace all filler in those or throw them away because they are not useable as is. As mentioned, I do like it overall except the color and uncomfortable pillows. It comes in two ginormous heavy boxes, so have help on delivery day. Assembly was easy fast. Best wishes for a good experience.. Lisa. Thu Dec 19 2024
