The sofa arrived quickly. There were no assembly instructions in the package. I had to play around a bit. The sofa and the fabric itself are not of the best quality. You can hear sounds when sitting down and getting up. The fabric constantly slides and this causes holes.. Anonymous. Purfleet. Mon May 18 2026

Our Hugo pull out corner sofa bed really does tick all the boxes. The pull out bed comes with the option of a left or right chaise that the bed pulls out next to. Its definitely a nice sofa. The colour is perfect for every interior. I assembled it myself, and it wasnt too hard at all, just a bit heavy to move around. The only downside is that the seats are a bit too narrow, and the cushions are actually hard. However, I do think with time they will soften a bit. Overall, very pleased!. Anonymous. Tue Mar 11 2025

Lovely sofas - we bought two. Really nice fabric and quality make. Only downside and it would be a 5 otherwise is that two of the leg connections in the base were counter sunk too deeply so the bolts on the leg wouldn’t reach to screw in. My husband will have to remove the connection and place a spacer behind it and put it back in. So we can’t sit on one sofa just yet but the other is very nice - very firm seat which is great for my back.. Sarah-jane. Chertsey, GB. Wed Sep 12 2018
