Nice looking item and quality is good for flat pack and price, it’s stable and not wobbly. Drawers glide well on metal runners and open out a decent way for access. The bases on the drawers are a bit flimsy so will have to see how they last. One of the back panels was split on unboxing but because it couldn’t be seen we didn’t bother. A fine-looking chest of drawers and every bit is wood. Capacity of drawers is excellent, deep and wide. Two issues, however. The dowel rods are flimsy. Three of them broke during assembly. Why not add a pound or two to the price and supply metal dowel rods? And the instructions are less than clear - they don't explain where the painted bits or the plain wooden bits should go! Nice sturdy piece of furniture. Looks good. Only minor hiccups were the decorative panels around the bottom were warped slightly so screwing them in was tricky and the screws broke inside the wood.
