The item is wobbly and does not stay flat after assembly. It also makes a creaking noise. Wayfair has made it nearly impossible to return the item unless I pay half the price just for postage, which is very frustrating. Even when I selected 'product is defective', the only solution offered was to contact customer service or replace parts — neither of which addresses the fundamental design flaw.
