Im so happy with this sofa. It looks amazing as a sofa and a bed (its in the bed position in my photo) and is very comfortable both to sit on and sleep on. Plus my dog loves it! Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. A versatile, quality sofa bed. A comfortable sofa that folds out into a bed in seconds.

First sofabed sent out had a couple of defects. Wayfair issued a replacement and picked up the old broken sofabed as well. Product is okay, the first section of the sofabed once extended into bed is quite hard, so our guests have to sleep with their foot at the "top end" of the sofabed. Colour is quite good! Once we opened the package there was a bit of a smell to the fabric that is now gone. Serves our purpose but wouldn't use it as main sofa or main bed.. Marta. Oxford, GB. Mon Apr 10 2023

Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa. This is the disadvantage of buying on-line without testing in person in a store. I guess the price point reflects the comfort. Looks good though!. Anonymous. Sat Aug 30 2025
