Only just received my sofa, so can't comment fully. It seems well built, comes fitted with glide feet that need to be switched for the actual feet but only took a couple of minutes. Sofa is nice and firm, I'm sure this means as it gives it will become more soft and cosy. Seats aren't very deep, but it's exactly as I ordered, so will probably get used to it. The upholstery feels durable and warm, hopefully it'll stand up to a not so small puppy crashing around on it... (I might put a cover over the seats for the first few weeks, just in case)..
