Very disappointed. 2 x delivery changes, received sofa, spent over 3 hours with an experienced friend trying to put it together and no single part fitted with another. Had to box everything up (with difficulty as cushions had been vacuum packed) wait another day for it to be collected. So, 2 annual leave days, energy wasted. Absolutely gorgeous sofa. We were quite dubious about buying these, as they looked like what we wanted but ordering online with no reviews is always risky! But they are soo lovely and very comfortable. Don't be alarmed by the small boxes they come in. You have to assemble them yourself but it's so incredibly easy, we had them up in 5 minutes! They're great quality sofas, the velvet on them is really lovely and they're sturdy too. Also the pictures of the cushions do them no justice they're actually really nice! I was planning on throwing them away from how they looked in the pictures but they're lush. The sofas are a great price and although it's nothing to do with the sofas, the delivery was great!! We ordered the sofas last Monday 28th Oct, we were given an estimated delivery date of Monday 4th Nov and they actually came on Thursday 31st of Oct. Couldn't be happier with these sofas!. Sharlotte. The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached. Comfortable. Fabric feels good quality. Slight amount of assembly needed (attaching legs), which was simple enough. Not sure how this qualifies as a 2-seater sofa though, unless it's for very skinny people, but as a large armchair (which was what I bought it for), it does the job nicely. Was surprised how high it sits. Possibly the only time I've considered buying a footstool. Biggest issue was the amount of time between order and delivery - and a gap in communication midway through when the first delivery was pushed (second delivery was also pushed, but at least Wayfair communicated that one - a week later).
