The item was manufactured, improperly with deplorable quality control. The alignment of the holes is in completely wrong locations. Some of the holes are on one side of the rod with other holes drilled on the opposite side, making it complete rubbish and impossible to use mistakes happen, but to send this out to a consumer without checking for such glaring defects is careless and inconsiderate to the consumer.
