Superb bed. Could have been delivered the next day but I chose 2 days. Fantastic communication with emails and texts kept me fully updated on delivery from the main warehouse to the local delivery office. The night before delivery i was given a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery i received a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away. Delivery was made by 2 friendly people, who couldn’t do enough. Delivery was completed with an hour to go. The bed instructions were easy to follow. Everything was complete and I am extremely happy with the end result. It took me 55 mins to build the bed by myself. I am very happy with my purchase. Relatively easy to put together, seems quite sturdy. The head board is not as high as expected, I do have a thick mattress though, but thought it would be a little higher than it is. We LOVE our new bed. The pillow headboard is great for leaning against when watching T. V, or reading. We've never had an ottoman before, so being able to store stuff underneath the bed without it being on show, is also a huge hit with us.
