Have just put the bed together soundly. All parts present and appear to be not damaged. The divan base is exactly what we ordered despite mild difficulties over period of order re details requested. Staff very polite and showed willingness to help, although actual delivery was significantly delayed from time of original order and then very last minute notice provided complications to accept delivery, so interdepartmental communication not so consistent with other features of the quality of product and service.
