Overall happy with the purchase, looks great and is extremely practical for having a n extra bed in a small space. One thing I would be wary of is that it’s quite tricky to assemble and you need to make sure you are able to attach well to a wall (at the very least to the studs). The instructions for assembly aren’t very clear when it comes to installing the mechanisms and springs. Also the delivery wasn’t great - the company delivered later than the expected date and refused to bring the boxes up one flight of stairs in the apartment building. I appreciate the current COVID restrictions, however leaving it in the hallway on the first floor is not much different to leaving it in the hallway on the ground floor w.r.t entering the building. The bed was the wrong colour but I’ve kept it as it still went with my bedroom as it was a grey colour but was supposed to be a blue. The instructions aren’t clear and it took a long time to build. called half an hour before delivery and was kept up to date by email the delivery drivers were very good. My delivery was delayed but Wayfair's Customer Service turned the situation around quickly after i called in and were very helpful and understanding so happy i can speak to a person quickly and efficiently.
