Easy and quick ordering service, i was able pay it off with credit, no problem! Quick delivery. Great customer service. Absolutely made up with it, thank you. Update on product 2 and a half months after purchase. Be aware that the 100 day sleep satisfaction guarantee does not exchange mattresses for a different one i.e. medium firm to a medium soft etc. if they are very uncomfy. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it.
