This type of Chinese chair takes its name from its yoke-shaped top rail and is commonly found as far back as the Ming Dynasty. Its S-shaped curved backrest contrasts beautifully with the slightly splayed legs. It includes a carved Chinese dragon motif on the backrest, and a rattan inlaid seat for extra comfort.
