As a guy who has assembled alot of furniture over the years, the directions were horrendous. Not to fret though, because the build quality is fantastic. Feels a little flimsy until the back panel goes on and it is incredibly solid after that. Package arrived very protected and the materials were in amazing shape. Love the color! The hinges feel pretty strong, and the whole piece is an amazing deal when it is on sale. The cam and dowel system is the next step forward on furniture build quality, and this has it. Very pretty but not very study. I love the aesthetic, but while putting in the screws I noticed the wood was quite flimsy. Screws kept going in skewed (if that makes sense), they wouldn’t go in straight till the final turn. I fear if I have to take it apart and put in the screws again, they won’t hold.
