Delivery for this bed was a pain. Wayfair kept stating one date, then it changed via email, no problems but I was then contacted by a delivery company to say bed is on its way in an hour!!! (one week before emailed date) Wayfair said that they would contact before hand to arrange a delivery day/time and if not convenient we could change, when bed arrived we was just leaving for the airport to go on holiday!! Also it was a deliver to room service and man refused and left in garage - would not come inside. Bed itself is nice, and looks good. I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly.
