The worst Instructions I have ever seen nothing in the pack was was labelled. The boards were un labelled. The hardware packages were unlabelled the so the book we were given as a guide had only drawings instead of pictures the drawings were not good misleading and generally in adequate. The list list of parts was incorrect in some cases and very difficult to go from the instruction book to the parts and hardware to work out just which was which what were they referring to? My thought? Is that you have to as a matter of urgency, rewrite that instruction book and revisit the packaging so that everything and I mean everything is properly labelled so at the moment I cannot recommend this to anybody to buy in fact I would suggest that you avoid this series of items and anything like it from the supplier until they have fully reviewed and revised. I’m going to go to trustpilot and repeat this this message. I’m very disappointed. I will keep their item because I think I can work out what needs to be done to to build it but I’m very very disappointed.. George. Oldham, GB. Thu Apr 30 2026
