I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. The bed is very very comfortable! And it looks really smart. We've had lots of compliments. The instructions for assembly could've been slightly easier to follow. A couple of the holes for additional base support were not drilled however these are non-essential. The ottoman mechanism works relatively easily and there is plenty of storage space underneath! Just completed installation of this fine hidden bed and it is great. The first delivery was damaged on arrival but Wayfair were great and replaced it without question. Exactly as pictured, was delivered faster than expected so big plus…. Downfalls however, the instructions and screws etc dont match correctly, i was looking for screws i didnt even have, in the end it was a case of having to guess which one went where based on which fit…..also once together it can look slanty due to the way the sides of the bed fit together.
