Superb bed. Could have been delivered the next day but I chose 2 days. Fantastic communication with emails and texts kept me fully updated on delivery from the main warehouse to the local delivery office. The night before delivery i was given a 4 hour delivery window. On the day of delivery i received a phone call when the delivery was half an hour away. Delivery was made by 2 friendly people, who couldn’t do enough. Delivery was completed with an hour to go. The bed instructions were easy to follow. Everything was complete and I am extremely happy with the end result. It took me 55 mins to build the bed by myself. I am very happy with my purchase. Relatively easy to put together, seems quite sturdy. The head board is not as high as expected, I do have a thick mattress though, but thought it would be a little higher than it is. I love this ottoman storage bed! It looks great and stores a lot of stuff. Delivery was on time. It takes two to put it together but was easy once we found the instructions and did not rely on the video alone. We decided not to attach the bottom to the bed as it only attached by Velcro. We store plastic boxes under our bed that are quite heavy, but they also cannot be seen under the bed so it works very well. The bed fits a standard double size (bought elsewhere) perfectly. This collection is a contemporary curved design fabric bed that would make a statement in any room. Two large drawers offer excellent storage and use of space.
