They were however in need of some putting together, which I wasn't expecting. If given the choice of assembled or not at a reduced rate, I would have chosen not assembled. The vestry chair is a design classic. The high back with subtle roll at the neck, both comfort and back support are excellent. The legs are natural waxed oak.

These chairs are listed as a set of 2. As I wanted 4 chairs purchased 2 sets. On querying the whereabouts of the other two I was subsequently advised that the entry on the website is incorrect and that these are sold individually.
