When the couch arrived it was ahead of schedule by several weeks, so that was a good start, the packing was very well done, do this slowly because in your haste you could slice through the couch. When I finally unwrapped the couch I was speechless, my partner rang me to ask was it ok,..all I said to my girlfriend was its Magnificent . You will say the same.
