Adopting a boneless design for great comfort, it has a non-slip base and a removable, washable cover. Effortlessly converted between sofa and bed, it maximizes space efficiency, making it a perfect multi-functional pick for compact living areas.

Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. If you buy this you'll need stamina. It's not slot together, it's a true 'self assembly' sofa. It arrived in multiple bits on multiple days. How our hearts sank when we saw iron bars, wooden slats, an allen key and forty screws. Assembly took two and a half hours. If you're not ready to be driven half crazy don't buy. Quite deep seats, not great if you have back trouble. On the plus side, it seems and feels fairly robust, with a very plain but attractive design and durable material. For the money we paid I couldn't really complain. It's a good looker.. Anonymous. Wed Sep 09 2026

They assembled my sofa really well and took great care to make sure everything was done properly. I was particularly impressed by how disciplined, organised and considerate they were while working in my home. It was honestly a pleasure having them deliver and set up my sofa. They are a real credit to the Wayfair delivery team and deserve recognition for their excellent service. Thank you, Piyush and Virender!. Flossy. Hounslow, GB. Fri Sep 25 2026

BEAUTIFUL COUCH!! Impressed with how soft and fluffy the pillows feel. Gives support while still being comfortable. This was my first purchase from Wayfair and I’m just so impressed. The color is slightly lighter than the picture advertised for the grey color but no complaints here.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

Absolutely POSH and simply clever: Sitting and sleeping in one! And so extravagant and contemporary! Shiflet POSH is a sofa that comfortably seats 3 people, but that can also be transformed into a bed if needed, taking up minimal space! The high-quality velvet fabric and the elegant quilting in combination with the gold-look feet also make you float on cloud nine. And if you want to turn the Shiflet POSH into a bed, it's very easy thanks to the ingenious mechanism: To unlock, fold the backrest forwards and then backward - the bed is ready!

Is the most beautiful sofa bed I have ever seen in my life, is more darker than in pictures. I can’t wait to decorate the living room. Anonymous. Thu Sep 03 2026
