Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. Looks lovely but beware, this sofa bed to sit on is very firm! Whilst there are cup holders in the drop down arm/middle section, you can’t fit a standard size mug to sit in as the handle of the mug is the same level as the side of the cup holder! You can fit a glass in though, so all’s not lost! The arms are detached & are just placed in position at each end of the sofa, so fall off onto rte floor when you move about in the sofa.
