Chair looks good and the fabric is lovely. The operation of the chair's functions isn't that good, though. The massage functions are on a pretty clear and detailed hand-held remote. However, the reclining/raising functions are managed from buttons on the side of the chair, under the right-hand armrest. You can't see what you're doing and it's all completely hit-and-miss as to what press does what! A pity as otherwise it's a good product.. Anonymous. Tue Jul 28 2026

The chair is amazing, extremely comfortable and also takes my weight that I've gained since my back problems started. The massage isn't that strong but does help somewhat to help with the aches and the heat, again isn't that hot but again helps with those aches. The recliner is nice but I feel you slouch down when using it so I haven't reclined much due to this. It's well made and only took 10 mins to put it together and the material is lovely and soft. One thing of note, it says it's black but it isn't, it's more of a dark grey. All in all I'm very happy with the purchase even though it was a bit pricey.. Kelly. Lowestoft, GB. Tue Nov 02 2021
