Great sofa for price and just what we wanted. It is quite firm but hopefully will soften over time. 1 star deducted as the sofa was not delivered in the allocated time slot and instead didn’t arrive until 8pm. The sofa itself is perfect, and the delivery drivers were very polite. My only issue is the lack of notice given for a large delivery. I received a text on the day of delivery, which caused issues with my employer, as I had to ask for emergency time off work.
