Well engineered but sadly it arrived with damages, it was clearly returned with scuff marks and they thought it was ok to colour it in with black marker pen. Also scuffs where chairs are stored so clearly second hand. Trying to return but because we disposed of packaging we are expected to purchase huge boxes at our own expense. Don’t even bother with talking to Wayfair, first you talk to AI which tells you one thing the next minute you get a message from a supposedly real person telling you different from their AI. The table leaf's do not fit that well and they move when any pressure at all is placed on them. It is impossible to pull the stays out any further and they stick so are not that easy to push back when you want to collapse the table. There is also a lip on both sides where the leaf's meet the table as they seem to be slightly warped. Slightly disappointed at £240 but can't be bothered with sending it back. It will do for now..
