I love my chair the grey matches my sofas. It looks great and is very comfortable. Good value when you see similar with not a great difference in quality for double this price. *update* Been 6 years with this recliner now. The outer faux leather layer started wearing away at about the 5 year mark and it's in a bad state now so looking for an upgrade. It's also lost the cushioning and is creaky. Considering the price, I still rate this 5 stars for an entry level recliner, it's been brilliant to sink into every evening. Just don't expect to get more than about 5 years life out of it. Chair looks good and the fabric is lovely. The operation of the chair's functions isn't that good, though. The massage functions are on a pretty clear and detailed hand-held remote. However, the reclining/raising functions are managed from buttons on the side of the chair, under the right-hand armrest.
