I’ve paid premium price through Wayfair but got a cheap product. I’ve built many, many flatpack furniture in my time - most from a well known Swedish brand (comment gets rejected when mentioning brand names) - and I found the Swedish stuff better quality with clearer instructions (believe it or not). As it is all black, when sunlight hits it there are lots of blemishes which don’t wipe away. True to size, however overpriced for the standard of wardrobe. One able bodied person can also lift and shift it when fully built it’s that light. You might see that as a positive depending who you are, but not for me. Wayfair has gave it a seal of approval though - based on what is the question. Save your money!. Alan. Glasgow. Thu Oct 22 2026

A frustrating experience from start to finish My wardrobe didn't arrive as scheduled, then was mysteriously put on backorder with no explanation — I had to chase customer services just to find out why. When it finally arrived, the assembly instructions were poor at best. Fixing points were missing, making assembly far harder than it should have been. Near completion, I found one door was the wrong colour. Resolving this with customer services was a task in itself. Rather than sending a replacement door, they dispatched an entire replacement wardrobe — which arrived damaged, with the wrong coloured door again. I then had to repeat the whole arduous process: logging the issue, re-explaining everything already provided, and battling a clunky photo-upload system. I was eventually offered a replacement door with vague assurances it would arrive undamaged. Given the failures in delivery, product quality, and customer service, I won't be using this company again.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 15 2026
