The Aryel Sofa Bed has been produced to the highest standards for your safety and comfort.

Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured. We called the delivery people, and they said theyll come after 2 more orders but they never came or ended up calling. We had to fix it ourselves, even though we paid for the installation.. Anonymous. This is large and spacious with thick well-padded. Covered in a Hessian fabric it’s very durable and easy to maintain. One of the best features of this is the backrests making it so much easier to manoeuvre them through doors. All materials are fully fire retardant and meet or exceed the required UK fire and safety regulations.

Love the sofas. Thank you Farah for sorting out the confusion and getting our order sorted out, we really appreciate your help. The mixed messages I was getting were very confusing “impacted by technical and internal delays and can’t provide definite delivery date “ I spent from 08.30 to 5pm going back and forth, was given the option of cancellation which I tried (regretfully as I really wanted the sofas), was then emailed stating “unable to cancel your order as either it’s been already shipped or are currently being custom made” My account on Wayfair site was showing that the order was dispatched and estimated delivery date was 03/06. I then spoke to Farah who assured me that she would investigate the problem and that she would contact me before 13/06. I then received a text at 8.41pm last night to inform me that the order was to be delivered today!! Fortunately the delivery has arrived and I am delighted with the sofas. This really is a big sofa. We could use them as beds without any scrunching up. Very firm which surprised me initially but we are getting used to that - not at all a squishy sofa. Beautiful colour - only disadvantage is shows up where cat has been! The velvet finish is not getting attacked (by cat) as much as previous ones were so that’s good. We like these. Fionnuala.
