Firstly thank you for accepting this as a return and issuing the refund quickly. Asthetically it looks great, but it is so uncomfortable. It's robust a good size, easy to put together and the bed is easy to set up, reasonably comfortable and good for occasional guests. The material is hardwearing and the piping/seams help retain the shape. It could have have a little more seat padding as the springs are noticeable when you sit down, but you get used to it. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website.
