I would highly recommend this couch for great support, great price, great service and great looks. It feels very sturdy and holds you snugly. The mixed messages I was getting were very confusing “impacted by technical and internal delays and can’t provide definite delivery date “ I spent from 08.30 to 5pm going back and forth, was given the option of cancellation which I tried (regretfully as I really wanted the sofas), was then emailed stating “unable to cancel your order as either it’s been already shipped or are currently being custom made” My account on Wayfair site was showing that the order was dispatched and estimated delivery date was 03/06. I then spoke to Farah who assured me that she would investigate the problem and that she would contact me before 13/06. I then received a text at 8.41pm last night to inform me that the order was to be delivered today!! Fortunately the delivery has arrived and I am delighted with the sofas. Perfect for when a guest comes to stay, this sofa bed is perfect for any home. Made from a solid frame and lovely fabric, this sofa bed is modern and practical. The padded seats and backrest ensure extra comfort when sitting or sleeping.

The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website. I love the designs, colour and the easy click-clack mechanism for the sleep position. Exactly what I wanted. Good value for the money and short delivery time.. Anonymous. Tue Dec 24 2024

Only just received my sofa, so can't comment fully. It seems well built, comes fitted with glide feet that need to be switched for the actual feet but only took a couple of minutes. Sofa is nice and firm, I'm sure this means as it gives it will become more soft and cosy. Seats aren't very deep, but it's exactly as I ordered, so will probably get used to it. The upholstery feels durable and warm, hopefully it'll stand up to a not so small puppy crashing around on it... (I might put a cover over the seats for the first few weeks, just in case)..
