First sofabed sent out had a couple of defects. Wayfair issued a replacement and picked up the old broken sofabed as well. Product is okay, the first section of the sofabed once extended into bed is quite hard, so our guests have to sleep with their foot at the "top end" of the sofabed. Colour is quite good! The material is hardwearing and the piping/seams help retain the shape. It could have have a little more seat padding as the springs are noticeable when you sit down, but you get used to it. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery was a good experience as the men were friendly and did take care with the huge box. It was a bit difficult to find the hidden parts but in the end all parts were found. The brackets for the sides needed a bit moving what wasn't a problem but shouldn't have happend, we got two left sides. The colour and material are exactly as the picture shows on the website. I love this sofa, it took a bit to sort but it was so easy getting into small doorways as it comes in sections for you to build.
