Lovely sofa, terrible customer service! The estimated date of delivery fell when I would be on holiday. I asked for it to be delayed until after I got back, which was acknowledged. Then it was delayed but still while I was on holiday - I repeated that I couldn't take delivery until after I returned at which point they apologised for the delay and said that if the date was too late, I could still cancel. Then, three days before I left I received a mail saying it was being delivered the day I was due to go and I was not given any contact details for the courier until the van was already on its way. Fortunately they arrived before I was due to leave and the delivery guys were great. It was a very stressful day though. The sofa itself is lovely - just don't expect the delivery to go smoothly!.
