Disappointing sofa and very poor customer service Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this sofa. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved. The whole process has been unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient. Very disappointing product and customer service experience. I would not recommend this sofa.. Katy. Edinburgh, GB. Certainly the sofa fits the brief exactly and is as I hoped it would be. The cushions are very firm and comfortable. I was slightly disappointed in the delivery process which occurred several days before I had been told by yourselves to expect it. Fortunately I was warned of this on the evening before but since I am working and teaching from home at present this could have been very inconvenient.
