Perfect for the space! My husband is a Geo Bachelor and we needed something for his work apartment. This fit the space and added the the color and character that was needed. It is comfortable and I love the chaise part. It took us under 20 minutes to put together and was better than expected. His apartment is kid/pet free. This is great for an adult apartment. This sofa looks great at first glance but is very uncomfortable and poor quality. The cushions slide forward when you sit on them so you end up with a big gap at the back of the sofa. The base cushions also sink to one side once you've been sitting on the sofa for a while as if there isn't enough support in the base of the sofa ie under the seat cushions.
