Absolutely thrilled with this TV stand, so neat. Much smaller than my previous wooden one, this is mainly glass with the front surround being is a gloss finish it looks great. I searched a long time before finding a tv stand for my 77” television. I needed at least 72” long, but at 68” wide by 24” tall I felt this was close enough to the dimensions I needed. I now wish I had purchased a longer one. One of the deciding factors was next day delivery. However, the shipping was not accurate—it was a day late with zero communication about delivery on a different day. The box is very heavy, 98 lbs. The furniture is easy to assemble if you’ve put together this type furniture before. I could have done it myself, but it was much easier with two people, especially with my husband doing most of the work ;-) Follow the step by step instructions. Two allen wrenches were included but we also needed a Phillips Head. My husband used a power tool for the many small screws holding the flimsy back to the top. Other than the back (which is practically two pieces of black cardboard taped together) it is very sturdy particle board covered with a waterproof, black, wood grain-looking finish. It looks very nice. I sent my husband written instructions on measurements on how to hang the tv, but he didn’t follow them. That is why the television in the pic is too high. Great unit. Took me about 3 hours to put together in total with a few tea breaks!I only needed help at the end to lift the tv on. It suits our room and our pellet stove so well. Very happy with it.
