no clear instructions at all, there’s no labels on each parts so we don’t know which parts matches the ones in the book which is silly as the job would have been easier with each wood piece labelled and less time consuming. Wood quality is poor and it’s taken my mother in law ages to do this!. Fazza. Middleton. Thu Apr 03 2025

If I could give this a zero rating I would. For the money, the finish is poor and the panels are not very strong. Its actually bowing/warping under the TV legs and looks bad. All panels are thin an doors are badly finished on the edges. Delivery was left outside "securely" in the rain. Tried to resolve with customer service and Klarna. Ended up I had no real alternative but to take the ,35% off. Very poor quality item but Wayfair customer service just as bad as the item itself.. Dave. Scunthorpe. Mon Feb 24 2025

Not the best of units I’ve bought. The unit doesn’t no line up seamlessly when building it together making it look rather cheap and flimsy. LED tape does not stick to the material, I had to super glue the strip in place. A hole is required for the LED cable to be hidden in the unit and the doors line up very poorly regardless of adjustment.
