The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been. The good: the chair looks great in my space and is very comfortable. Now that it’s complete, the chair and ottoman together make a nice set. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price.
