The sofa it's self is really nice however I ordered the black sofa and the one you have sent me looks grey. When I called customer service they said my sofa wouldn't get to me till Monday the 13th of April but I had text messages off the driver that it was out for delivery on Friday the 10th of April inbetween 2.26 and 4.26 pm it came at 6pm and the driver sent me a text asking for my signature before it even got to me plus when it did get to me the driver wasn't going to bring it up the stairs to my door and the instructions were on the floor at the bottom of the stairs. I even asked the customer service person if I could speak with a manager and I am still waiting.. Sharon. Basingstoke, GB. Mon Apr 20 2026

The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached. It wasn’t in a box so unsure why they weren’t. Delivery men were great and dropped in my lounge for me. Luckily handy with tools! People who aren’t be mindful. Joe. Carlton-in-lindrick Worksop, GB. Awful experience from start to end, even had to set the couch up myself and didn’t have the tools to do this so also had to go out and spend more money on a drill. The colour is exactly what I wanted, that is my only positive but the experience buying from Wayfair has ruined this chair for me. The couch doesn’t even have any underneath its wood only sealed with a cheaper bit of plastic, not at all what I expected but I cannot be bothered with the hassle and delays of another 2-3 months sending this back and ordering a new one..
