After waiting several months for this display unit to arrive, I feel very disappointed. It definitely wasn't worth the wait or the time taking to put it together as it's definitely no simple task. The fronts and sides of the unit are a darker colour than the edges so it doesn't blend in and actually makes the unit look like a 'cheap' item! I really liked the style but have to say that overall it definitely isn't what I expected and I'm glad I didn't pay the price that it's at now! Overall it's a really nice looking unique and interesting unit, the quality of wood is really good and when finally put together it's sturdy. However, all 3 screws were loose on one of the door hinges, and was unable to tighten them, so it's going to need wood filler to set in the holes before re screwing. 2 of the shelves have cracks on the side and on one of the iron supports the thread had gone where the bolts are supposed to screw in so it's not as strong as it should be on one side.
