Amazing looks better in person assembly didn't take long the only issue was getting the seats out of the armrest as they were vacuum sealed took me half an hour to get it out but once I overcame that hurdle it was smooth sailing. I gave the seats and cushions an iron which made a difference. Fabric it's nice it fits my small room perfectly. It's a 3 seater but you can seat 4 on it. The asymmetrical arm support is clearly a manufacturing defect, and the replacement sofa arrived with exactly the same problem as the original. It is extremely frustrating to receive the same defect twice after going through the inconvenience of arranging a replacement. I expected the replacement to resolve the issue, but unfortunately the quality control appears to be lacking. The customer service has also been very poor. I have had to contact Wayfair repeatedly, been given different information about the collection and spent a considerable amount of time trying to get the issue resolved.
