The bed was delivered earlier that the estimated delivered date. The ETA time is just what the courier stated in the app. However, only the bed frame is delivered but no mattress instead. Absolutely would not recommend this bed or Wayfair. First bed arrived with two broken slats, that was collect and I was assured a replacement would be sent straight out. A replacement was due to delivered on Thursday 17th April and never arrived until Monday afternoon. When it did arrive I was only sent one side of the bed, the entire bed wasn’t sent. I contacted Wayfair via WhatsApp and they assured me they would refund me as soon as this part of the bed was collected. We bought this bed and mattress via Groupon and are pleased that we did as for the price it’s very comfortable and handy to store underneath. The only issues we had were that it wasn’t advertised that it was a self build so we were a bit surprised when it arrived and unfortunately the measurements were for the bed base and not the headboard (being the widest part) so it didn’t fit the original gap between our fitted wardrobes but after some tweaking we were able to make it fit. The bed and base are very sturdy the only negative is that we found the black sheeting provided to go beneath the base was a waste of time and haven’t used it, but we’re still able to store plenty underneath it just means that it’s sitting on the floor which isn’t a problem..
