We were looking for ages for a sofa bed that fit our space, wasn't too bulky to bring up the stairs to our flat but also didn't break the bank. This fit all our criteria, is firm and comfortable and was so easy to set up - it arrived in a relatively small box and pretty much immediately "inflated" once we removed the packaging, and has been great ever since. The chair is absolutely gorgeous and just what I was looking for. It’s a shame about the assembly. I could believe it - we had to drill pilot holes for the feet and screw them in with a power screwdriver!! I’d expected pre-drilled holes or the feet to be attached. Awful experience from start to end, even had to set the couch up myself and didn’t have the tools to do this so also had to go out and spend more money on a drill. The colour is exactly what I wanted, that is my only positive but the experience buying from Wayfair has ruined this chair for me. The couch doesn’t even have any underneath its wood only sealed with a cheaper bit of plastic, not at all what I expected but I cannot be bothered with the hassle and delays of another 2-3 months sending this back and ordering a new one..
