Product was good despite the lighter colour than expected, but I had my issue regarding the deliveryshipping. I paid extra to have this set up, but when the people came to set it up, half an hour later we realised the bed that was meant to be attached wasn’t properly secured. We called the delivery people, and they said theyll come after 2 more orders but they never came or ended up calling. We had to fix it ourselves, even though we paid for the installation.. Anonymous. Most importantly, it’s incredibly comfortable for watching films. When unfolded, it feels absolutely divine, even for someone of my height (193 cm). We haven't tried sleeping on it yet, though..
