Update on product 2 and a half months after purchase. Be aware that the 100 day sleep satisfaction guarantee does not exchange mattresses for a different one i.e. medium firm to a medium soft etc. if they are very uncomfy. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it. The divan is split in two parts. One of the part unfortunately came damaged. Have been waiting for replacement. I would have expected better product for the amount I paid. But will wait for replacement to give final review. The legs and screws were inside the divan and instruction on it said, don’t open divan before putting mattress on it. So I kept wondering where the legs are. In the end we put mattress on it and opened the divan to find out that it is damaged from inside and the leg and screws are inside the ottoman. Great as a spare bed to use in my sewing room. Unfolds and moves easily, I am elderly so a great advantage as I can prepare the bed without help. Simple to put together but does need help to remove from the box and lifting after the wheels are attached. The bed seems strong but the mattress is rather thin for two people so I put a single duvet on the mattress and then covered with a quilted small double mattress cover before laying the sheet, this all stayed together very well and my two adult guest had a good nights sleep and said they were comfortable. The delivery status has room to be further improve and it will be more satisfactory if the latest status is informed. The bed set was finally cancelled even the staff tried to re-order on 13 Jun 2022 but it is unsuccessfully.
