Lovely double ottoman bed. Excellent value for money. Great storage space. Had to assemble but it was very easy. Lovely plush headboard, looks very stylish. Easy and quick ordering service, i was able pay it off with credit, no problem! Quick delivery. Great customer service. Absolutely made up with it, thank you. Update on product 2 and a half months after purchase. Be aware that the 100 day sleep satisfaction guarantee does not exchange mattresses for a different one i.e. medium firm to a medium soft etc. if they are very uncomfy. You can get a replacement of the exact same item ordered, which in my case wasn't helpful as the problem i had with the mattress i ordered was the discomfort of it. Problematic and very poor service and management from beginning. Original delivery date changed a few times, had to call support many times to arrange per promise. Delivery had missing parts (bed feets) and assembly instructions. Instructions sent over email after a week but only 3 page out of 13. After 20 days got a dailymotion video to refer for assembly. This was again for different make and model. Had to spent 3-4 hours assembling without proper instructions. Bed feets delivered after 5 weeks with no instructions, until then bed was unassembled and unsed and consuming one full bedroom. Called several times to complain, get updates about feets and severals emails from Wayfair on promised delivery dates which did not come true until 5 weeks later. Even one time Customer support agent just hung up on me when pressed for no progress for long time. If I add up all of my time, had to spend 2 days (48 hours) for calling several times Wayfair, hanging on line, responding emails, etc to Wayfair and couriers. The bed is really nice, but the delivery was totally random, we'd not had any update of the delivery to be expected, it was then left outside my neighbours house in the rain. Additionally, once I struggled to bring the parts in and began unpackaging there were tears in the material on the back of the headboard and a huge stain across the side panel. I'm also not sure about the slats, it looks like there should be a couple more in there. Had the above delivery and fault issues not been there, which could just be a bad experience on my side, overall the bed is really beautiful and seems sturdy enough, additionally it was really easy to put together..
