I love the way the chair looks and it was pretty easy to put together. I think it’s pretty comfortable. However I am concerned about the cushions long term - they have already made impressions in them from sitting on it maybe an hour or two a day for the last week. I also wish the cushion on the ottoman would attach to its base - I’m thinking about using Velcro on it. The downside: the overall quality and assembly experience don’t quite match the price. Between the missing parts, poor packaging, and unclear instructions, it was more frustrating than it should have been. Website was a bit glitchy but everything else including the delivery by Evri worked really well. The chair is easy to assemble and comfortable. It doesn’t feel particularly sturdy so if you have kids, dogs whatever that might be leaping around or adults who like to throw themselves into chairs you may want something a bit more robust but for me this works fine..
