Basic ottoman. Good for storage and plenty of room. A hinged lid would be better put construction probably wouldn’t be strong enough to hold. If you want to move it you need to empty as it flexes. But good for price.. Anonymous. Sun May 03 2026

The piece of furniture in itself is really nice. However, I do advise everyone to check it for flaws before putting together as we didn't (an error of judgement on our part) and only noticed after putting it together it had a tear in the fabric. Also the fitting to attach the gas spring on the lid was at a ninety degree angle. The fitting was fortunately able to be fixed. Maybe better packaging would have helped. I'm still giving it four stars as I like the look of the ottoman and felt if there had been no damage it was would be worth the money.. Mr. Buxton, GB. Fri Aug 06 2021

Quick delivery but for the price not really that good...had to replace fixings that were not very good! Even then it was of a poor construction, we managed, with moving the placement of the original screws and using some of our own fixings. It looks ok now but whether it is worth £90 !!!! Not too sure. Our Jodi velvet footstool ticks off all the design boxes! This gorgeous and stylish footstool will be a perfect addition to your living room furniture, designed to match our Jodi armchairs, and 2 and 3-seater sofas. The straight lines keep this design modern but the stylish velvet fabric gives it a slight retro vibe that's bang on trend. The contemporary square button tufted stitching to the top cushion is a relaxed and softer nod to more traditional Chesterfield sofa styles. Sits on black wooden tapered legs that complement the velvet nicely, making this a bold piece that will catch the eye without overwhelming your space. This footstool is sturdy and firm, and can also be used as coffee table to rest drinks on. Constructed from a sturdy wood frame upholstered in soft-touch velvet that's easy to keep clean, and resting on strong tapered wooden legs. This piece is designed to last and look great while doing it! Matching 2 and 3 seater sofas available, and in a range of other colours. Note: This footstool will push up to the 3 Seater sofa to form a chaise. It does also match the 2 seater and is the same height, but won't quite line up with the seat cushions. This rustic pouffe is made from Indian jute, which boasts a naturally colour, and features a subtle plaited pattern that suits every style. Filled with comfortable polystyrene beads, use it as a stylish additional seat in your living room or take it outside to enjoy it in your garden on a sunny day. The jute plant is naturally darker at the root than it is at the tip of the plant, and so some subtle colour variation can be seen on the yarns, which adds a touch of artisanal charm. If used outdoors, pouffe must be brought inside if weather is poor, and at night. This is a decorative item please be aware that this item may loose shape after use and may show signs of ware after time. This is a delicate item and must be treated with care
