Hi good evening, Received the order this evening, and I’m seriously frustrated that it came damaged . The package was damaged in the middle and once I opened it the first wooden block I found as cracked, it’s cracked in both sides. One piece is broken in the corner, one piece is marked with dirty black marks, one is filled with wood filler.. what a disappointment !!! I spent such a big amount of money for this small chest of drawers and it came as damaged. I’m so disappointed with wayfair service and delivery. I want a replacement, return and refund or a big partial compensation please. Could you please raise it to your senior management. I badly want your support regarding this.
